Intake and Scheduling Coordinator

Kirk has been St. Mary’s Health Clinics’ Intake and Scheduling Coordinator since 2017.  Before St. Mary’s, he worked for Portico Healthnet for seven years.  His strength is being fully bilingual and bicultural in Spanish and what he most loves about working for St. Mary’s is carrying out its mission by serving the mostly Spanish-speaking patients. He spent 2 years in the US Peace Corps in Santa Bárbara, Honduras promoting adult literacy and taught English for 16 years at a university in Toluca, Mexico.  Originally from the Milwaukee area, Kirk loves to travel and learn about art, politics and history.  He is passionate about defending both human and animal rights and has been a vegetarian for over 30 years.
